Welcome to Robins Hollow

We’re so glad you’re here!

We hope you settle in and stay awhile to watch the transformation of our 1800’s property. We’re just starting the fifth year in what we think will be a 10 year renovation journey. This is a great place to start to get to know us - who we are, why we’re crazy enough to tackle this large property and what our passions are!

Sean grew up in the Northeast and Lisa in the Midwest; our style is a combination of east coast edge and midwest sensibility.

We met working together, and have complimentary strengths. Sean went to art school (twice!) and Lisa has an MBA. While most couples run away from a visit to IKEA and home improvement projects, working together brings us closer and scaffolds our story.

Both of us grew up dreaming of one day owning a beach house. Robins Hollow is not only a house by the beach, it’s an old house. Sean’s renovated old houses his entire life and knows his way around opening up a wall… Growing up, Lisa watched This Old House and desperately wanted her own power tools.

We partner on projects big and small in the house and grounds. When we’re not in renovation mode, most of the year Lisa can be found in the garden growing flowers and vegetables, and Sean in the barn wrenching on cars or building a door in his workshop.
